In one-to-one coaching we follow the same Confidence Accelerator model in a more intimate coaching environment. The 1:1 program is 8 weeks long and customized to your needs and goals. This program is perfect for professionals that desire to grow their feelings of confidence.
The 1:1 Coaching program begins with an initial assessment call where we dive into what you'd like to work on and how I can best support you in accomplishing that. From there, we'll create a customized plan for our 8-week journey together.
